php mail() will not work for user nobody, runs fine as root.

Have a server that just started to not accept form mail sent by php scripts. There is no suexec or phpsuexe and exim is configured to allow localhost to sendmail. ...php mail() will not work for user nobody, runs fine as root. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

you actually run stuff like that as root? I'm a bit confused here does your box not allow you to send mail OUT with scripts running as nobody or cant you receive mail sent by scripts running as nobody.

The problem is that we can not send mail as nobody. I executed a php file as root to test if it works.... It works fine as root but not as nobody... Anyhelp is greatly appreciated...
