PHP my admin is not showing DB

Hi,
I'm a newbie in the forum, however I have some time managing servers using cpnel, since the las release V.11, in the summary area on the main screen, it stopped showing how many DB I or my customer has on the hosting.

But the good news is that this error is not with every account on all of my servers, but only in some of them.

Also when trying to log in vía whm to phpmyadmin, it shows my the following error:

Welcome to phpMyAdmin 2.10.0.2

Wrong username/password. Access denied.

Where should I begin to verify on this issue?

Just so you know for future reference - on these forums it's generally recommended you also include the build of cPanel you are using (EDGE, CURRENT, RELEASE or STABLE) as well as your build information (11.11.0-STABLE_16999, 11.12.0-CURRENT_17035 etc.) and the OS you are using.

Additionally, if you desire technical support from cPanel Staff rather than the cPanel user community - then you should submit a ticket with your cPanel Licensing Provider.

Ok, the version i'm using is:
WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.11.0-S16908
REDHAT Enterprise 4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

Hope you may be of some assistance, since several of my customers are complaining about this issue
