did you install phpsuexec ??

do you have these lines in your httpd.conf

LoadModule php4_module libexec/libphp4.so
AddModule mod_php4.c


if so comment them out and restart apache

You have been told what you need to do. Comment out the mod_php load lines in httpd.conf. If you don't know how to do that you need to either learn a bit more about how to work at the bash prompt or ask help of a server admin.
