php problems

Hi On http://www.helluvahost.net/billing/admin/
I have a bunch of php problems... i think they have something to do with permissions on the /tmp partition
i already did the stuff to secure /tmp
it didnt fix them.

Nevermind, it had to do with that php software, not php in general.
