PHP script to modify IP Deny Manager?

is there a way i could make a PHP script that automatically adds IPs to the IP Deny Mgr?

I'm sure there is as there are scripts (or are possible) that can do that because there are already scripts that can add e-mail accounts w/ cpanel.
