php unable to load dynamic library error in /error_log

I'm getting the following error in /error_log after every restart of Apache.

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613/: cannot read file data: Is a directory in Unknown on line 0

Anyone else seeing this? Any idea what it is?

I found some other threads where people were having the same problem. If you are loading extensions, make sure they are in that directory. What fixed the problem for me was commenting out the blank line stating:

extension = ""

[tangowebs]

What file u edited to uncomment that line?
