phpmyadmin is broken with the latest cpanel update?
Both phpmyadmin and phppgadmin are giving "500 internal server error" with the latest cpanel. A search here didn't seem to turn up much. I know at least 2 other people who have the same problem. Is there a known solution to this?

It's a recent bug introduced my the latest version.
To fix it check that /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php and /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php-cgi have 755 permissons. If not chmod them to 755
After that run:
