phpMyAdmin, Horde Webmail, SquirrelMail Webmail DOES NOT WORKING!

phpMyAdmin, Horde Webmail, SquirrelMail Webmail
on my server does not working, they show me a blank page, i had upgrade Cpanel, Update Backend Scripts ,but stil not working.
