phpmyadmin logging in error

#2005 - Unknown MySQL server host '"localhost"' (1)

This is the error I get when i try to log into my phpmyadmin from either WHM or cpanel. It comes up whether my firewall is on or off. Im at the current version of cpanel.

WHM->Reset Local MySQL Root Password =Works
