phpmyadmin login problems!

When I'm trying to ingress to phpmyadmin using : https://www.domain.com:2083/3rdparty...dmin/index.php I get the followin message (when I'm able to login, other times it rejects the user and password constantly:

"No input file specified."

Any ideas ?

Hi djalken,
In my case was a stupid error, I was using "phpmyadmin" instead of "phpMyAdmin" (with uppercase letters) when I was entering the URL, that was the error and that was the way I fixed it

chown -R cpanel:cpanel /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin
