phpMyAdmin takes long time to load

my phpMyAdmin is taking long time to load, sometimes it's timed out. The serverload is pretty good - 0.14. I am using WHM 10.1.0 cPanel 10.2.0-S83 on Dual Xeon box with 1GB RAM

Is there any idea about this issue?

Same problem here. Dual 2.4 xeon with minimal load (load average: 0.04, 0.01, 0.00)

Restarting the server makes it fast.. last night I restarted all services which made it move quick.. I'd like to figure out the cause though.
