After the last security warning I've updated Apache setup with phpsuexec enables. A fatal decision. Now I can't execute any php script, the php pages give me an error telling that I can't permission to access them.
I rebuild apache again without phpsuexec and all is ok now.

How can I enable phpsuexec and get all php pages working?

I believe your php files need to be 755 for phpsuexec to run them.

php files need to be chmodded 644. Correction.

Actually you should set them to either 600 or 400
