    Default PHPSuexec and Register_globals / php.ini?

Is the ability to use per vhost php.ini disabled in the latest Version 4 and version 5 of PHP?

How else are we to enable/disable register_globals etc on a per domain basis?

.htaccess files will obviously cause an error 500 when PHP is run with suexec

    Default

That is exactly what I did... however it does not work.

As I recall, PHP called being able to override the master php.ini a "bug" and removed it in version 5.1.x

Has this been removed in 4.4.6 now as well, and if so, how do we work around it?
