PHPWiki Doesnt Work

when installing php wiki on a domain name, says installed, when opening url says

I cannot believe this issue still has not been resolved for more than 7 months. Why is phpWiki still included in the Add-on Scripts section at point?

Aaaarg, just got bit by this.

DOn't want to waste 30 megs on the alternate Wiki either...
