Default pkgacct processes...a lot of them...

When I look at my server status using top I see a lot of pkgacct processes...actually several hundred of them (they are all paused though). This happens since I upgraded to the latest Cpanel version recently. Any ideas how this can be fixed ?

I had the same thing, though it was only a few so I used the kill command.
    Maybe try restarting cpanel?
    Code:
    service cpanel restart
