pkgtool needs to be fixed

I said it before, I'll say it again:

pkgtool needs to be fixed.

2 cPanel analysts just spent the last 11 hours trying to restore an account which was incomplete due to faulty pkgtool backups. It took them 11 hours to accomplish something which should have taken, start to finish, less than 30 minutes, because earlier this year cPanel changed how pkgtool performed backups.

I have almost 50 more accounts to backup and restore to new servers. cPanel just paid 2 employees to work for 11 hours to work around a faulty backup script that they insist works.

Maybe if these 50 accounts go the same way and cPanel needs to pay employees for 550 people-hours to rescue my accounts, they will end up fixing their backup script.
