PLease help! Overload!

We bougth a server today, AMD 64 Athlon 3200 2gb ram, 200 gb.WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R113
CentOS 3.6 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0
We change the accounts from other server to this.
And now we have overload each time, beging on 3,48, then goes to 7, then 12, and goes again to 3, then to 1,2.

We fix eximstats,we try to do everything, and nothing works.

Can anybody help us?
