please help solve problem importing plesk accounts

Hello, I cannot import plesk accounts from a plesk 2.0.1 server. The problem is that some of the usernames are more than 8 characters long. Would it be possible to edit cpanel's code to truncate the usernames, or does anyone know how to edit the usernames on the plesk box?

Hello,

Can u log into the server https://domain.com:8443 log in as admin and passwd.

Click the client name under which the site has been registered or click on Domains button and choose the sitesname, then goto "Hosting" button i suppose and then u'll see the username just change it to 8 chars long and then transfer.
