poll script

i installed a poll addon to my site, its called the Advanced Poll 2.03. I have it all set up, im just not sure which code im supposed to put into the html of my site to get the poll to appear on my site. Can someone help me out here?

Have you tried contacting those who made the poll? Surely they should know.

This has nothing to do with cpanel, please contact the company that provides the software and or check the documentation that came with it.
