Pop Email Not Receiving Mail

Hello,

I'm having problems with one account on my server. All of the mail accounts on that account will not function from a pop3 email client.

When ever I try to check the mail it logs in fine, but tells me there are no messages on the server. If i look in the account via the web mail. I see the messages.

Note: Sending mail works fine on this account now.

Any time i check the email through pop, nothing is updated in the /var/log/exim_mainlog file.

Can somone give me a hand here?

I'm having the same problem.
Hopefully, there will be a fix before Monday morning. This isn't good for business!

The fix is only going to come from you.

For POP errors you should be looking in maillog, for SMTP errors you should be looking in exim_mainlog. What exactly are the errors that you're seeing from the email client and the correspnding messages in the logs?

Check the Junk Mail folder on your desktop client (if any). Just a shot in the dark :-)
