Pop Email Not Receiving Mail
Hello,
I'm having problems with one account on my server. All of the mail accounts on that account will not function from a pop3 email client. When ever I try to check the mail it logs in fine, but tells me there are no messages on the server. If i look in the account via the web mail. I see the messages. Note: Sending mail works fine on this account now. Any time i check the email through pop, nothing is updated in the /var/log/exim_mainlog file. Can somone give me a hand here? The fix is only going to come from you.
For POP errors you should be looking in maillog, for SMTP errors you should be looking in exim_mainlog. What exactly are the errors that you're seeing from the email client and the correspnding messages in the logs?
