POP3 Add on Domain Email

Problem with all accounts that have add on domains. when you setup a email under a add on domain. That email account receives ok in webmail and outlook express.

That account can send through webmail but not thru outlook express, so smth wrong somewhere with pop3 setup on server. Anyone seen this before?

Hoping someone else has had this problem and they have a fix. We have tried since Saturday to fix this without any luck.
