    1. try oe auto config from cpanel.
    2. use + instead of @ at email address.
    hope this will help.

    1. Verify that your email client is configured correctly.

    2. If the above is true, try cycling the mail daemons on your box.

    3. If it still fails, make sure that you can telnet/traceroute to your box and that there are no lock files in your mail directories.

This error could also be caused by your ISP not allowing you access to port 25

If you are the owner of the server than try having exim run a copy on port 26
You can set this up inside service manager in WHM

What kind of connection do you have?

When you have a slow connection, the 0F-error can occure when there is a large incoming mail on the server. Use webmail to check this, with webmail you don't have to download the mail from the server. When there is a large mail in your mailbox, just save the attachment if you want to and delete the mail so you don't have to download it with your mailprogram anymore.

This is far from a new error, but in this case it's got nothing to do with the mail client. I'm getting reports left and right that since about 4am mail has not been able to be received. It can be sent, but not received.

The problem in this case is CPanel's pop server is not started up. What you have to do is restart cppop, either through WHM or type the following from the shell:

    service cpanel stop
    service cpanel start

Hopefully they'll fix whatever the problem was, looks like it was an upgrade.

There was a post on this and we saw it also. Make sure the name fields of their setup do not have characters or email address in them. Like the fields where they ask for first/last name.
