Port 443 redirecting to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Hello,

A few days ago I buyed an Wildcard certificate, but, since then, I'm having trouble to install that on my NAT server.
I'm trying to do like this:

2 IP's on the server:
10.202.147.130 (private) 186.202.xxx.xxx (public)
10.202.147.131 (private) 186.202.xxx.xxx (public)

Mysite.com.br are on 10.202.147.131 (dedicated to mysite.com.br)..
I install the certificate with the following settings:

*.mysite.com.br
user: nobody
IP: 10.202.147.131

But, after the propagation of the new IP, when I access "https://mysite.com.br", I'm redirected to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi, but, when I take out the "https://", I can see my content!
I open a ticket on cpanel helpdesk, but they say they can not help me, because is NAT.

Anybody know what could be?

Hello

It's true that a NAT configuration is not supported with cPanel. It's possible the documentroot value in the httpd.conf file is not valid for the SSL virtualhost of this domain name. This is configured in:

/var/cpanel/userdata/nobody/*.domain.com_SSL

Could you post the ticket number here so we can login to your server directly to check?
