Which ports to open when remote...

Hi I am definetly a newbie here... Here is my situation.

I have my websites hosted outside my company. I'm in Montreal and the web server is in California, let's say... To remotely manage my website I use cPanel. ei: examplsite.com:2082/

Now here, we have installed a new firewall (Fortigate 60). With this new firewall, all the ports are closed and I can't access cPanel anymore.

How should I go about trying to configure what incoming/outgoing udp/tcp ports I should open in order to access cPanel again?
