Portsentry error

I am getting an error in my email when cron runs /scripts/upcp.

portsentry is not up to date (Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969)

How do I get portsentry updated to corrent this error message?

i had this happen to me too..so i manaully installed it..

wget http://updates.cpanel.net/pub/sysup/...1.1-5.i386.rpm

then
rpm -Uvh portsentry-1.1-5.i386.rpm
