is it possible to auto delete obvious spam AND flag suspect spam?

Just got a call from an 'advanced' customer who we've just introduced to the Auto-Delete Spam SpamAssassin setting in cPanel (x3 theme).

His question is this: is it possible to have 3 categories of inbound email:

1. Email looks fine, allow through
2. Email might be spam, flag it as such (e.g. *** SPAM ***) and still allow through
3. Email v. likely to be spam (i.e. score is over the threshold set by the user, where the default is '5') so auto-delete it.

Therefore I might set my auto-delete to '4', flag as possible spam to '6' (effectively 4-6), and good email is 6 or above.

Does that make sense? Is this achievable? If so, how?

It is using mailscanner, I'm not sure about with the default cpanel tools.
