Possible to move IP's to new server?

Hello,
We have some customers who are using dedicated IP's. We now have to move their accounts to a new server but need to keep the same IP's they have been assigned. Is this possible? Is it possible to move IP's to a new server?

Are both servers hosted within the same data center?

Are the IPs provided by your data center, or are they directly allocated to you by ARIN?

This may or may not be possible, depending on if the older IP address range can be routed to your new server. I recommend checking with your upstream data center staff and network engineering personnel to check if they can do this for you or if it's possible within their network.

if you have dedicated ip and both the servers are in the same network and connection then it is possible, otherwise not.
