I saw that I really need to put the IP in pg_hba.conf to enable the user to access, why the user cant enable it via control panel ?
Can I enable this for everyone ? How ?

Also, I noticed that using one user/pass and connecting remotely the user can see all the other databases and also manage them It seems that postgresql is very insecure.
