Hello,
PostGreSQL was recently installed on our CPanel (10.6.0-R158) server.
When the backup script (cpbackup) ran, it generated the following error:
Grabbing PostgreSQL databases............
psql: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "[local]", user "postgres", database "template1", SSL off
psql: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "[local]", user "postgres", database "template1", SSL off
"[local]" is not a valid entry for a host in pg_hba.conf.
There have been a recent update to /scripts/cpbackup (on 14 September 2005). This is the first time the backup script would have run since this update, and the first backup since PostGreSQL was installed. (I'm running weekly backups.)
Is this an error in a script? Any ideas about what I can do to fix it?
