Prevent cd ..

For a domain owner logging in via ssh (or putty for those looking through windoze), how can I prevent him from cd'ing upward?

That is, when he logs in, he's placed in /home/jimbo and I want to prevent him from doing a cd .. or cd /home (much less cd /usr/bin). I've been trying various combinations - I can prevent him from SEEing the directories and the files in them, but I haven't figured out how to keep him from getting into them... any ideas?

So... I set that domain to jailshell instead of bash. Some directories no longer show up, but others are still there. Using mc lets him navigate around. Is there a config file for it? I've been looking but haven't come up with the docs yet - any links you might have will be appreciated.
