prevent e-mail account from being created

I deleted an email account of a customer cause his PC its infected and its sending out virus to a lot of emails address. But the customer created it again.
By now I reduced the amount of the accounts he can create in his cpanel so he can add the email account again.
But this accounts belongs to a reseller, so if he ask the reseller to rise up his permissions he will create the account again.

So its a way to lock an email address permanently?

Hello,

Well in this case you would need to inform your customer to make a package with no email privileges and put that user on it. This would eliminate his ability to recreate the email address.
