    Default primary nameserver and secondary nameserver?

    I have a vps server.
    I've configured dns with primary nameserver:dns1.hello.com and secondary nameserver:dns1.hello.com
    Now I've created an account for a reseller account with domain is:test.com
    so what's ip of primary nameserver and secondary nameserver for test.com(I have set : dns1.tset.com and dns2.test.com but i don't know what do I set ip for them)?

    Primary nameserver and secondary nameserver for test.com is ip of primary nameserver and secondary nameserver for hello.com
    Or they are range ips which server has provided(Ex: our ips are alowed from 1.1.1.6-100), so they are two ips in this range ip???
