Several issues have arisen which pose problems as a reseller. They deal with privacy, inconsistencies, and lack of flexibility.

With cPanel--

Bandwidth usage is reported differently by each
statistics script, for instance, for chrisellsworth.net (March):
- awstats: 287mb
- analog: 765 mb (strange because our allotment is 512)
- cpanel: 306 mb

When a user creates a subdomain through cPanel and then deletes it, it is not fully removed until the reseller deletes it using WHM.

We can see other people's log files when we access ours through FTP (privacy issue)
