Problem adding account .. doesn't list account after transfer.

Here is the detail of my problem on the WHM >>
I've had my system reinstalled due to some problem on CPU usage...
anyhow's
after the reinstall, i did all the setup ..
now I went to transfer a site using password to this server... it was done,
now this new account doesn't show when I click on "List Accounts" the only way I can see it is by going to "Show Active and Inactive Accounts" and the domain shows up ONLY there.. and no where else.
so I tried doing the transfer of the account again using password, and I get the error that the user name already exist...
now what should I do to delete that domain from the list along with the username and try to do the transfer again?

Any help will be appriciated.

If you login as 'root', use List Accounts and it shows up, all is fine.

If you login as 'Reseller', use List Accounts and it doesn't show up, that means the Reseller does not own that account. You would then use the 'root' WHM to change Ownership.

I did login as root to do all the work...
anyhow's.. i did a update to the latest version...
reboot the server...
and deleted all domains from everywhere...
cleaned.. and re-transfered the site...
and it all worked fine..
