    Default Problem with adding new account:

    I add an account, but it doesnt seem to be completing it very well, as it doesnt show up in the "list accounts" , its like its been partly setup.

    You do know this is a forum, right? If nobody replies, chances are nobody knows. If this issue is as desperate as you make it out to be, contact your host or cPanel support directly.

    Is this a VPS account or a dedicated system?

    Quite.

    Anyhow, you need to check in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when you create the account for associated errors.

    Somebody correct me if I'm wrong...

    You may want to try installing perl from http://layer1.cpanel.net (the file: http://layer1.cpanel.net/perl587installer.tar.gz). From the error, your system cannot find version.pm which should exist in /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi. IANAProgrammer, but IIRC, version.pm is fairly important.
