    Default Problem backuping DBs

I tried to transfer a hole account from 1 server to another but some DBs where incomplete.
I made a individual backup for the DB but when I try to restore it from backup icon at cpanel continues creating it incomplete.

Any idea how to restore a individual DB backup into my site?

How large is your database? You may want to dump them manually and restore that way at the new location to be sure its complete. You may also have some wildly ridiculous sized fields that might toss an error on restore that you aren't seeing.

try it manually from the shell and see if it is restorable
    To take dump
    #mysqldump db_name > db_name.sql
    To restore
    #mysql db_name < db_name.sql
Also check if the versions of MySQL on both servers are the same
