problem/bugs with update disk-mail usage after clear spam box

Version: WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S65

Situation:

After click on clear spam box buttton , disk quota for single maildir is not update(never),

Any solutions?

Did you try /scripts/generate_maildirsize --force --allaccounts ?
Also did you try removing the file maildirsize form /home/username/mail/domain.com/emailaccount/ manually ?
