Problem Creating Account (DNS) WHM 11.15.0

Hi,

I'm trying to create a new account. The problem is the DNS is always pointing at the NS on the old host. It doesn't matter what I do, and it doesn't matter whether I wait and it shows ns1.my.com, but when I create the account it always come back as ns1.oldhost.com

Help... please

In WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings is When adding a new domain, if the domain is already registered, ignore the configured nameservers, and set the NS line to the authoritative (registered) ones. checked? If so, uncheck it, click save and try again.
