Problem creating new account

I just attempted to create a new account within my corporate account. I started by creating a package (smantics_basic) with space and transfer limits of 50MB and 100MB, respectively (well below the amount left for allocation in my account). The package seemed to create without error and when I check list of packages it exists.

I then tried to create an account. I entered the URL info an (per the instructions) tried to select a package from the pulldown menu. There were no packages listed in the pulldown menu, so I proceeded to specify space and transfer limits to match what I had indicated in the package I defined.

When I finished and hit &create& I get the following error msg:

&You do not have access to create that pkg&

What am I missing?

No need to respond, problem was resolved with help from Steve. My WHM screen wasn't configured properly.
