Problem In editing " Edit Privileges/Nameservers " in Resellers Center .

Dear cPanel Forums Memeber ,

First , I'm really glad to be here in one of the most important websites which supports the webhosting compaines ,

Please I have a problem in trying to editing the " Edit Privileges/Nameservers " for my resellers accounts , becuase when I choose any account to edit the privivileges , and I click on Edit Privileges/Nameservers It's shows that the page is loading , and take alot of time and the load is becoming high and the Proccess is " in the top command " whostmgr2 " and I Realy Need to edit a new reseller account , but I currently faceing this issue which prevent me to edit my accounts .

check and see if your backups are running as I have seen the backups make WHM/Cpanel slow to a crawl.

check ps ax and make sure pkgacct is actually finishing
