    Unhappy Problem with email in Mail Queue

    How I can correct this?

    As for the second error - delete some of the mail in your inbox or increase the quota. It's telling you the mailbox is full.

    And as for the former, check that your reverse DNS set up correctly so that your hostname resolves to your server's IP.

    From the error the remote SMTP server is issuing, it looks like is trying and failing to check that your hostname resolves to your IP address.

    Question somebody helps me to correct?

    HI,

    Somebody can help me to correct and to configure this?

    I am inexperienced with linux and serving dedicated and I do not know to effect these configurations.

    The staff of the DC did not help me!

    Only your DC can help you by setting up an rDNS PTR record for yours servers main IP address - that's their job.

    Just submit a ticket to the DC asking them to put in a reverse DNS entry for your mail servers. If they won't do that for you I would say you need to move to another provider. If thats the case I would suggest a managed dedicated considering you are gonna need more attention than a datacenter will be able to provide.

    Default UOL.com.br Antispam

    Not sure if it make sense to you but, UOL.com.br in particular has this stupid anti-spam system that bounces back EVERY message and requests the sender to enter into some stupid page and enter those unreadable digits on screen.

    Everybody is guilty till proven otherwise.

    Apenas troque o reverso do seu servidor para o nome correto que vai funcionar. Tive o mesmo problema e foi resolvido.

    Wink cannot find your hostname

    Olá!

    No meu caso o nome estava exemplo:
    nomedoserver.com.br fui no painel do DC colocque tipo server4.nomedoserver.com.br


    Coloque o TTL de 1 horas para 15 min.


    Funcionou perfeitamente.

    Espero ter ajudado alguem.
