Whenever I enter any email address into the email trace function (off-server emails), the screen that comes back just shows the recipient address and then the legend, nothing else. Sample screenshot is here:

All emails put in return exactly the same result (with their respective addresses at the top).
Anyone have any ideas? Or alternately, a different way to determine why emails are not flowing between two people? The sender is receiving a 550 message to verify that the recipient is valid, and they definitely are. Not only have they confirmed that this is his current email, but it passes an SMTP test.
Anyway, thanks for anything anyone can tell me!
