Problem with FTP issues

Hi all

this is a strange problem , suddenly all my clients cant delete files from they accounts, permission errors.

im using :
WHM 10.3.1 cPanel 10.4.0-C160
RedHat 9 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

via FTP when i try to delete any file:

Could not delete myfile.php: Operation not permitted , i take a look to permissions and are 777

even via Dreamweaver it happens the same ??

This happen to someone else ??? what could be ....

Any help will be appreciated.

The user/group of the file might be 'nobody'

no , i take look at it too and user/groups are correct.

any ideias ??? this happens in all accounts on this server ?!?!

ls -al filename

paste the results of this command here on shell as root.

How to change user/group of the files from 'nobody' to the account user ?
