problem in installing cpanel on openvz vps

hi,
i have a problem in installing cpanel on my vps.

I just installed cpanel for the second time on the vps. I had to recreate the vps two times, I cannot login to the whm, cpanel, and not even the http shows up. Nothing works the IP of the server does any one know why?

by the way cpanel services are runnig

Sounds typical of an install where not enough cpu time and other qos settings were allocated for installation purposes.

I tend to create an unlimited resources template for installation then apply a standard running qos template post install.
