problem with locales

Hello,
I downloaded the xml language file. I edited my messages there, and recorded on the server (upload xml). Language is not updated. Then I tried to remove the language, but I get error:

What is your version of cPanel&WHM?

Please let us know the output from the following commands (via root SSH access):

# stat /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SafeDir.pm
# grep -Hn "safermdir" /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SafeDir.pm

If you have not already tried this, please perform a forced cPanel update via root SSH access:

# /scripts/upcp --force
