    Default Problem with new accounts

    Hallo

I have problem with WHM. When i make new accounts i get this message from my WHM:
    cant install frontpage.
/home/independ/public_html does not exist or is not a directory!

When i gone to new account, in "home" directory - directory is empty!!
Only have this message: "No record found".
    Please, can you help me?

Well you are using a supported distribution and Virtuozzo is a supported virtual environment so I'm not sure why such an abnormal thing (/home/ being empty) would happen. I strongly encourage you to let our technical analysts assist you: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit

What are the permissions and ownership of /home/USERNAME (where USERNAME represents the cPanel user's username) set to?

I meant the file ownership and file permissions. Running ls -l while in /home will provide this information.
