Default Problem with PHP and E-mail

Since I rebuilt Apache and PHP last week using easyapache, I've noticed OSCommerce and PHP-Nuke's e-mail functions do not seem to be working right. Mail sent out using these scripts bounce to my main e-mail account on the server saying the destination domains are unroutable (even domains such as aol.com that are, in fact, routing just fine using other methods on my server).

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!
