Problem with pop3 mail.

hi
i'm using pop3 mail with my domains...
i set 2 ip for my hosting domain...(ex:Let its ata.com)
if i create a new pop3 mail for main domain (ex :ata.com)
it works with outlook.
but if i create it for another domain. it doesnt work..
it always gives "the connection to the server was interrupted"

i tryed 10000 times but still gives error
how can i use with main account? and cant use with others?
