Problem resolving domain

I cannot resolve the domain telebucaramanga.com.co from many nameservers running cpanel, even if I use cpanel owns nameserver:

How ever this name server not running cpanel is able to resolv it:

telebucaramanga.com.co has address 97.108.102.97

WTF is going on here?

The IP you list is not what is listed for that domain. Also looking up www.telebucaramanga.com.co does resolve to the IP listed on dsnreport.
