Default Problem with sending mail from other networks [SOLVED]

I can send mail via outlook express when Im connected to same router where my server is.
But Im unable to send mail when Im connected to other internet connection.
It doesn't matter if firewall is shut down nor helps shutting down SMTP tweak in WHM.
Outlook express gives me following error.

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'myname@mydomain.com', Server: 'mydomain.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
Also telnet to port 25 doesn't seem to work:
    # telnet mydomain.com 25
Connecting to mydomain.com...Could not open connection to the host, on port 25: Connect failed
And when I telnet to port 110 it let's me into server.
    # telnet mydomain.com 110
    +OK Hello there.
    USER myname@mydomain.com
    +OK Password required.
    PASS xxxxxxxxxx
    +OK logged in.
    help?

The vast majority of ISPs block port 25. You may wish to run a copy of Exim on a second port. You can do this in WHM -> Service Configuration -> Service Manager and at the bottom of that page, check the boxes and enter a port number. Frequently used port numbers for this are port 26 and port 2525. Be sure to click save at the bottom of that page.

If you attempt to connect on these alternate port and still experience issues sending mail, then the issue will need to be investigated further. Typically this resolves most mail sending issues, however.
